Background
Josh Epperson has spent over 20 years in organizational development helping leaders bridge strategy and execution, most recently as a senior leader of Organization Development at Amazon.
The settings changed. The challenge never did: leaders stuck in the translation layer, turning vision into reality, experiencing burnout in the process. Then AI arrived — and the question became sharper: what do YOU bring that AI can't?
The AIgency Model and Assessment emerged from Josh's deep expertise in human performance, combined with hands-on experience orchestrating human-AI collaboration in enterprise settings. The insight was simple: AI amplifies whatever you bring. The framework helps you bring more.
